Customer Service is a division of the City's Finance Department. If you have questions about your utility bill or turning your existing service on/off, a friendly customer service representative is available to speak with you.

The Customer Service and Cashier lobby hours are Monday to Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.
